6 Fun Toys You Can Make at Home
One night after the kids are in bed before Christmas, Rhett and I are going to go through all of our toys. Everything that takes a battery (or otherwise limits creativity) is going to be donated to Rhett's taxi drivers. We want to drastically reduce our toy load - and come away with a few simple, meaningful, and imaginative toys.
Here is a list of what the kids are getting for Christmas:
Seth - Waldorf-inspired doll. Handmade truck. Book (All The Places to Love). Handmade I-spy bag. Handmade crayon roll. Handmade ribbon sticks. Handmade instrument.
Ella - Doll bed for her babies. Book (On The Night You Were Born). Handmade ribbon sticks. Handmade wooden egg rattle. Handmade wooden ball and scoop. Handmade rainbow nesting blocks.

Fun stuff! My kids have very few toys. Most are blocks. Fritz could spend all day playing with blocks.
