I am sure that has to have an implication for human use as well! I've always said that it can't be good that we microwave everything...

In The Hidden Messages In Water by Masaru Emoto there are photos of what water molecules look like after having gone through various experiences. If I remember correctly microwaved water looked very similar to water after being exposed to heavy metal music, both were very distorted molecules. Interesting experiment you conducted, we my have to replicate it too.

We got rid of our microwave when we moved and I really haven't missed it. There is the occasional leftover that is a bit tricky to heat up, and the one thing I really miss it for is melting butter for a recipe. But that happens infrequently...I usually don't even think about it!
