What's Cookin' in My Kitchen Today

We picked up an order from the farm today. Loads of raw goat milk, raw goat milk yogurt, fermented ketchup, raw goat milk cheese, maple syrup, and 1lb. apples.



I think that I'll make Seth a modified version of tuna casserole loaded with that goat milk cheese (and hope that he eats it).
We're going to bake some apple slices with the maple syrup and sprinkles of cinnamon. Yum!


Also, Seth has now added refried beans to his list of foods! So, I've been soaking and making beans today. Here they are before they get pureed with bacon fat and ghee.
