Can you say...Seth's dream sandwich?
I think this is what McDonalds was attempting with the McGriddle, but they failed miserably (I haven't had one, but it looks disgusting).
But these look amazing, and I'm going to go take my lunch now you made me so hungry :)
Oh- and I especially love how everything is circular... It would fit together so prettily!
Those do look good!
If you had shape cookie cutters you could even make it educational. "Today we're having hexagon pancake sandwiches!"
