What we ate this weekend

Saturday - Roast from Polyface cooked in the crockpot and these amazing potatoes and salad w/veggies.

Sunday - Breakfast was bacon, eggs and leftover potatoes cooked in the bacon grease. Dinner was Lemon Chicken Quinoa soup with homemade bread with ghee. This soup was wonderful. I started it this morning by making chicken stock. I strained out the bones and added all of the other ingredients. It had a great simple, homemade flavor. I commented to Rhett during dinner that it tasted like we were eating something his mom would make. Yum!
